How we work with attorneys
Attorney communication is included in every TruVisit Phoenix case at no additional charge. Practically, that means:
- You can call us directly to discuss a case or coordinate scheduling — no client conference required
- We can deliver session reports directly to your office
- We're available for case follow-up by phone or email
- We can provide credentialing information, sample reports, and our standard documentation format on request
- We are available to testify under subpoena when the case requires it
What our reports look like
TruVisit session reports are written in objective, non-editorial professional language, timestamped throughout the visit, and formatted to meet the documentation standards used by the Maricopa County Superior Court Family Division.
Each report includes:
- Case identifiers (per your court order)
- Date, time, location, and duration of the visit
- Participants and parties present
- Timestamped observations throughout the session
- Documentation of any conditions of the court order and how they were observed
- Any incidents requiring redirection or intervention
- Handoff documentation
- Supervisor's signature
Reports are factual and observational — they do not include clinical impressions, opinions about parenting capacity, or evaluative judgments. That's by design: factual records hold up best in court.
A redacted sample report is available on request — call (480) 470-6470.

Why attorneys refer to TruVisit Phoenix
- Reports are court-ready. Format and language built for Maricopa County Family Division standards.
- Fast activation. Most cases activated within 48–72 hours of intake — important when the court is waiting on documentation.
- Affordable for clients. Flat $50/hour rate means cost doesn't become an obstacle that derails the parenting time arrangement.
- Neutral and consistent. Same protocols across all 10 cities in the TruVisit national network — same quality whether the case is in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or San Tan Valley.
- Available 7 days a week. Court-ordered parenting time rarely lines up with 9-to-5.
- Attorney communication included. No bill for phone calls or report delivery to your office.
Pro se clients
Many parents who would benefit from supervised visitation services are pro se — without counsel. TruVisit Phoenix is set up to work directly with pro se parties as well, though we always recommend that complex situations be reviewed by counsel. If you are an attorney who frequently encounters pro se opposing parties, our pricing and process are designed to make a stipulated supervised visitation arrangement realistic even when only one side has counsel.
Network and capacity
TruVisit Phoenix is the Phoenix-area arm of TruVisit National — a 10-city network with locations in Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, Las Vegas, Tampa, Tucson, and other major metros. For clients with multi-jurisdictional cases or relocation matters, we can coordinate provider transitions across the national network with consistent protocols.
