Supervised visitation across Scottsdale's 31 miles
Scottsdale stretches more than 30 miles north-to-south, from South Scottsdale and Old Town through McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch, up through DC Ranch and Grayhawk, and out to Troon and the desert preserves at the city's northern edge. A family living in McDowell Mountain Ranch and a family living near Indian School Road are technically in the same city, but they live very different lives — and supervised visitation should reflect that.
TruVisit Phoenix supervisors meet families at locations chosen specifically for the visit: close to the child's home, calm, family-appropriate, and consistent with whatever conditions are written into the court order. We don't operate a single fixed office and require everyone to drive to us. We come to where the visit needs to happen.

Working with Scottsdale family law attorneys
Scottsdale has one of the highest concentrations of family law attorneys in Maricopa County, with many firms clustered along Scottsdale Road, near the courts in downtown Phoenix, and in office complexes throughout the Shea and Bell corridors. TruVisit Phoenix works regularly on referred cases from Scottsdale family law practices. Attorney communication is included in every case at no additional cost — we coordinate session details, deliver reports directly to your firm, and are available for follow-up.
If you're an attorney, see our attorney resource page or call (480) 470-6470 to discuss a referral.
Maricopa County Superior Court — the same court for all of Scottsdale
Scottsdale family law cases are heard by the Maricopa County Superior Court Family Division, which operates out of multiple downtown Phoenix locations. Our session reports are written in objective, non-editorial language, timestamped throughout, and formatted to meet the documentation standards used by the Family Division. They are designed to be filed directly with the court, delivered to your attorney, or shared with a guardian ad litem (GAL) on the case.
For more on the broader process, see our guide to the Maricopa County Family Court process and our overview of ARFLP Rule 65, the Arizona rule most often cited in supervised visitation orders.
How to start your Scottsdale case
- Call (480) 470-6470 or submit the inquiry form from our home page.

- Coordinate the first session — we confirm a time and Scottsdale location in writing with both parties.
- Visit and report — the supervisor attends the full session; a written, court-formatted report is delivered within 48–72 hours.
